This is a present for my wonderful son-in-law, and is absolutely the one gift I’m most excited to see unwrapped. The mug was packaged very nicely and arrived in pristine condition. The graphics on the mug are just perfect. I greatly appreciate the range of options to customize the images…I was able to capture his dark hair and his reddish beard so it really does look like him. The many option for the cats came really close to their trio of felines so it’s clear which one is which, but adding their names makes it perfect. This mug is customization to the nth degree!
