Refund policy


MODIFICATIONS & CANCELATIONS

If you change your mind about your purchase, please send us an email to info@kittenfy.com and provide your order number and the modification you would like to make. We'll confirm once the modification or cancelation has been made.
Orders are only eligible to be canceled and modified within two hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled or modified.


DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

All items are eligible for our 30-day free replacement policy, provided they are found to be defective, damaged, different from the purchased product or delivered to a different address. To initiate a claim, a photograph of the entire product clearly illustrating the issue must be sent to info@kittenfy.com. Upon approval, a new product will be printed and promptly shipped to you.

In the event that the replacement item is defective, damaged, different from the purchased product or delivered to a different address, it qualifies for our 30-day refund policy. To initiate the claim, a photograph of the entire reprinted product highlighting the issue, must be sent to info@kittenfy.com. Upon approval, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 business days.

Please note that we do not facilitate reprints or refunds for cases of a change of mind or material quality dissatisfaction, and that gift cards are non-returnable.


INCOMPLETE, INCORRECT OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPPING ADDRESS

Orders are not eligible for a refund or reshipment if an incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable shipping address is provided. In such instances, we cannot assume responsibility for lost, misplaced, returned, or incorrectly delivered shipments.


SUCCESSFUL DELIVERY

Orders are not eligible for a refund or reshipment if they are marked as delivered by the courier.


SHIPPING DELAYS

Orders delivered beyond the "Delivery Time" specified in our shipping policy are eligible for our shipping fee refund policy. This refund will be equivalent to the difference in fee between the shipping time selected at checkout and the next slowest shipping time option available, as described below:

1. If express shipping was selected, then the difference between express and standard shipping is eligible for refund. If the order is still not received within the "Delivery Time" calculated with standard shipping, then the remaining shipping fee is eligible for refund.

2. If standard shipping was selected, then 100% of the shipping fee is eligible for refund.


COUPON/DISCOUNT CODES

Different coupon/discount codes cannot be combined or used together. There is a limit of ONE coupon/discount code per order. In some cases, coupon/discount codes may void existing promotions that have already been applied. All coupon/discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be used after the order has been placed.
