My adult daughters each have two cats, so for Christmas they each got one of these mugs. They absolutely loved them. Don't hesitate to purchase if you even think they look fun because the end result is just perfect and so personal! (Even when I had to be creative with matching one of the cats, it was still super cute). I am in Ontario Canada and there was no duty or tax charged and they shipped very quickly. 10/10 highly recommend!

The mug itself had a nice print, I liked the customisability, though a bit more control over the cat patterns would be an improvement for the future. Unique patches or personal quirks for my cats would have been awesome, but that's probably still a big ask :P
I did also receive a mug with a cracked handle, but the client service was quick to respond and send a replacement before the holidays, which was a great and appreciated help. The crack was definitely from the delivery, which was unfortunate, but I am overall happy with this product!
