Ssooooo cute! It is a treasure! Just wish the total price was not as high - $40+ is too expensive.

I’ve purchased from this store three times now, and every experience has been great. They offer so many customization options that I can create exactly what I want for myself and my cats. The quality is consistently good, and their customer service is excellent — very responsive and helpful with any questions. Highly recommend!

Kittenfy had responsive and kind customer service representative - when the carrier they shipped the product with failed to deliver it, they were understanding of the circumstances and shipped another to me at no additional charge! Not to mention the product itself was of great quality and exactly as advertised. Makes a great gift for the "cat mom" in your life
Emilie F.
The print is as displayed, perfect.
The quality of the t-shirt is disappointing.

My adult daughters each have two cats, so for Christmas they each got one of these mugs. They absolutely loved them. Don't hesitate to purchase if you even think they look fun because the end result is just perfect and so personal! (Even when I had to be creative with matching one of the cats, it was still super cute). I am in Ontario Canada and there was no duty or tax charged and they shipped very quickly. 10/10 highly recommend!

The mug itself had a nice print, I liked the customisability, though a bit more control over the cat patterns would be an improvement for the future. Unique patches or personal quirks for my cats would have been awesome, but that's probably still a big ask :P
I did also receive a mug with a cracked handle, but the client service was quick to respond and send a replacement before the holidays, which was a great and appreciated help. The crack was definitely from the delivery, which was unfortunate, but I am overall happy with this product!
Matthew

I bought this personalized Cat Mug as a surprise for my wife. Our cat loves to sleep at the foot of our bed on my wife's side. When my wife wakes up, the cat immediately sits up and looks at her imploringly to get her breakfast! The cartoon on the cup captures that moment, perfectly! This is now her favorite cup for her morning tea, and she shows it to our friends when they stop by! In short, she LOVES the cup! I'm glad I purchased it for her.

Made an error in the purchasing and got sent the wrong print! Oh no! However the customer service I got was pawsome and we were able to get the right print sent out really quickly. The gift was purrrrfect and looks just like my friend's cats. Very happy. Oh and I originally saw this advertised on Instagram and was a bit sceptical, but happy to have had a great experience.
