The staff are fantastic and the mug is beautiful! My mug didn’t arrive as planned and I forgot about until after it should have been delivered, so they sent me another one. It turns out I had my address off by a digit which caused the problem, yet they sent me another one AND then the neighbor, weeks later, brings over the first package! So I noticed them not to send the second one, and I was told to keep it as a spare! All emails were answered extremely quickly and humorously! I highly recommend them!
