The production time and shipping time were reasonable. The quality of the stoneware coffee mugs is excellent, and we know this because we happen to have an identical mug "blank" from another vendor from years ago. The stoneware quality is good and lasting.
The resolution of the custom image is a little pixelated, but it's certainly good enough.

I got this as a valentines gift to my girlfriend. I consider myself a good gift giver, over the years I have written things down that she has said in passing months in advance, even spending upwards to $500 on some occasions, but I haven’t seen anything put a smile on her face the way that this mug has. It’s all that she uses now for any drink, even water. My only gripe is that I now have to use our other mugs by myself now.

The design and creation process was cool and worked great, but the package I got - the mug encased in a foam block, sucked - it was essentially partially destroyed and the mug chipped, when I got it and the site didn't really seem to have a way to report a damaged item. My wife, whom it was for is prob gonna use it as a plant holder since it's not safe to use as an actual mug now.
